Hidden Kitchen is proud to welcome Ian to the kitchen. Ian is in his last semester at Cordon Bleu and will be contributing to the menus of the Spring.

We are currently full for the rest of the Spring season. If you are interested in certain dates, just ask to be added to the cancellation list.

Laura and I will be back in the states for July, August and September to secure visas that will make us full fledged French taxpayers. We are now taking reservations for when we return; the 10th, 11th, and 12th of October.

At Hidden Kitchen we are excited to announce the second chapter of our Paris dinner club. Starting December of 2008, Hidden Kitchen will be moving into a new, larger, and more beautiful space. Our new location will be just a block north of the Louvre in a stunning ancient building. Our new space will also allow us to accommodate 16 rather than our current 12.
